I can't believe nobody has replied to you! I am not a captain, or rep, or even the most responsible person/player in TWSL, but I am on 2 teams (1 women's & 1 coed) and have a blast. My old college team fell apart and, like you, I had to find new team(s). Please let me know if you're still looking for a women's or coed team; I'm sure either would love to have you!
